So how does the 1-2-1 coaching work?
The first step is to complete a detailed lifestyle and nutritional questionnaire. Based on these results, Rik will use the data gathered and this will form the basis of the initial 12-week programme.

Goals
Whether fat loss, muscle/strength gains or improved fitness are your goals, the training programme will progressively become more intense. But you will achieve results that you didn’t believe you could achieve. No one said the journey would be easy but it most definitely will be rewarding!

Improvement
All clients are expected to commit to a minimum of two 1-2-1 personal training sessions with Rik Partridge per week. The total number of weekly training sessions will vary from client to client, depending on their lifestyle commitments.

Commitment
An average of 3-5 training sessions per week tends to yield the very best results and strikes an optimal balance between performance and recovery. With the first 30 days seeing a noticeable change, both physically and mentally.
Results
Programming will address any asymmetry and muscular imbalances identified during the initial screening assessments, whilst also improving weaknesses and key areas personally identified by the client.

*All personal training packages are fully inclusive of nutritional guidelines and regular stat testing. All of which is delivered through a state-of-the-art mobile app, in order to monitor, track and evaluate progress, ensuring maximum results in the minimum amount of time.
Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training allows you train with a partner or partners, up to a maximum group of three people.
The costs stated below are total costs and will be split between the group.
