Detailed consultation and nutritional analysis

First step
The first step is for you to complete a detailed nutritional diary of everything you eat and drink for the week preceding the start of the programme. This will allow Rik to see a comprehensive breakdown of dietary habits and subsequently help him to make constructive changes to the way you eat in order to optimise results. It’s important to understand that we operate a no fad or gimmick dieting approach!

Eating plan
We work with the information you provide in order to formulate an eating plan that is both sustainable, flexible and enjoyable, whilst still allowing you to attain your goals. Also included is a detailed supplement and recommendation guide. This is by no mean essential, but certain supplements will accelerate results, so it’s only right we provide sound information for you to make an informed choice as to whether you use them or not.

Lifestyle insights
This initial process also consists of a detailed lifestyle questionnaire, which will gather all the essential information. Such as, previous exercise history/experience, any special considerations and/or contraindications to exercise via your medical and injury history, and sleep analysis. As well as your likes and dislikes when it comes to all things exercise.
